Andrew partners with leaders who want to maximize their potential to accomplish great things with and through others. In helping leaders navigate the interpersonal landscape of leadership he challenges their thinking and their behavior to build trust, elicit true buy-in, and inspire greater passion for their vision and values.
In addition to his work with business leaders he invests in coaches who are developing their skills and moving forward with credentialing through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is credentialed at the Professional Certified Coach level (PCC) with the ICF and is skilled at assessing and evaluating coaches in their development of competency.
Andrew has developed an internal coach training program for Franklin Covey, a large international training corporation. He also serves on the faculty of a Professional Christian Coaching Institute, a virtual coach training school where he has opportunity to promote high standards of effective credentialed coaching in the marketplace.
Andrew earned a doctorate in family therapy and established and ran a counseling practice for 20 years. Prior to that he led two churches as an ordained minister. He and his wife, Karen, live in Holland, MI, near the beaches of Lake Michigan. They have two married daughters, five grandchildren. He enjoys cycling, hiking, watercolor painting, reading and woodworking.
